Annual Blue Members: Your card will be charged in full at the time of the order. You will not be charged again until your membership auto-renews, 3 months after your fourth shipment.

Pay-as-you Blue Members: Your card will be charged for your first shipment at the time of the order. For ongoing shipments, your card will be charged each time a shipment is processed.

Subscribe & Save Purchases: Your card will be charged for your first shipment at the time of the order. For ongoing shipments, your card will be charged each time a shipment is processed.

Blue Membership

The Blue Membership delivery arrives every 3 months, however, you can push a shipment up to arrive sooner if you’re going to run out of your products! In addition, members receive 15% off all additional purchases, so you can also order the products you need, when you need them, at a discounted rate!

Alternatively, you can also & save option, which enables you to subscribe to regular deliveries of your favorite products on your schedule, and save 10%!

The Blue Membership includes a membership lifetime warranty on all bottles. If your bottle is broken, please email support@threemainproducts.com with a photo of the bottle, and we’ll replace it for you.

If you wish to cancel, you can do so online anytime by logging into your account. If you paid for an annual membership up-front, your membership benefits will continue through to the end of your membership, and any remaining shipments will be delivered accordingly. If you are a pay-as-you-go member, you will lose your membership benefits at the time of cancellation, and no further shipments will be delivered unless already paid for.

Membership deliveries can be delayed for up to 30 days. To change your delivery date, log into your account and select a new shipping date for your upcoming delivery.

Our product components are made in the US and China. In the US, our cleaning product formulations are blended, and the bottles and refill pouches are filled. Our soap pumps and membership boxes are also made in the US. Our bottles, refill pouches, and trigger sprayers are made in China.

When ThreeMain started, we pledged to donate 1% of sales to Rozalia Project. But after a short time, we decided that was not enough, and we increased the contribution to 3%. Unfortunately the bottles had already been produced. Rather than increasing our carbon footprint and making new bottles, we decide to keep what we had. But don’t worry, we’ll be launching new bottles very soon, and we’ll be sure to update the printing to say 3%!

Recycling

Yes, your envelope is recyclable and biodegradable.

We recycle all refill pouches through on-site Terracycle Plastic Packaging Zero-Waste boxes. When Terracycle receives the refill pouches from us, they are separated into the various forms of plastic that make it up, and then undergo extrusion and pelletization to be molded into new recycled plastic products! To learn more about Terracycle, visit their website. 

You certainly can, however, most traditional curbside recycling programs do not recycle pouches (also referred to as “flexible packaging”. Please contact your local recycling program to ensure they can accept it prior. If they don’t, and you’re a ThreeMain Blue Member, you can recycle your pouches at no additional cost using the prepaid shipping envelope included in your delivery each season. Returns

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the order processing date. Not satisfied? We’ll give you a full refund upon return.

To return an item, please email us at support@threemainproducts.com with the items you’d like to return and the reason for returning, and we’ll email you a return shipping label within 1-3 business days.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 1-6 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
